Great new salad recipe

I just found this great recipe online and tried it last night with our BBQ! It’s great because it is full of healthy, fresh fruits and veggies and is super healthy! It’s sweet, savory, and juicy, and also serves as a great alternative to the boring green salad!

Start by combining two cups of halved cherry tomatoes, two cups of seeded cucumber half moons, two cups of watermelon balls, and a quarter cup of thinly sliced red onions in a salad bowl. Toss this mixture with two teaspoons of a thick, aged balsamic vinegar. Let the salad sit for five minutes then sprinkle the leaves with cracked black pepper to taste! The last step is to ENJOY!!

Nutritional info: This salad makes 4 servings. For each serving, there are only 50 calories, 0 grams of fat, 12 grams of carbs, 5 mg of sodium, 2 grams of fiber, and 2 grams of protein. Pretty healthy!!!!
