What are you willing to commit to? We just talked about what our goals are and what you want to accomplish. Now I’m challenging you to create a schedule for how you intend to accomplish those goals! If you want to lose 10 pounds, maybe your commitment is working out 5 days a week? If you want to be able to do a plank for 1 minute without shaking, maybe your goal should be something along the lines of multiple ab exercises every day. Do you see where I’m going with this?
If you email/call/text me with what you are willing to commit yourself to in the next few weeks or months, I will make you a tracking sheet. I’m in the process of doing this for every single one of my clients, and I am happy to do it for anyone who wants one! Studies have shown that if you have your goal written out and you physically “check” off each task, that not only are you more likely to follow through, but you will also feel a deeper sense of accomplishment!
